The new TRUE-TIE track system is an integrated, pre-gauged set of tie plates made from injection molded, UV resistant copolymer polypropolene. With the new TRUE-TIE track system, you can now make perfectly gauged, properly canted track sections, using steel or aluminum rail and virtually any common tie material.
Screw holes are molded at the correct angle, giving ideal alignment and ensuring accurate rail contact. Will accept #8 or #10 screws. Automatically provides 1.5 degrees of inward cant for rail with a 15/16" foot. Precision alignment sockets allow use of low cost RMI tangent, curve or easement fixtures to produce precision track every time. When gauge bars are Removed, rail end spacers can be snapped off to set the proper gap between track sections. Correct thickness gauges are provided for both aluminum and steel rail.
